The ANSI ASQ Z1.4 is a table developed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ). At Marver Med we commonly use the ANSI ASQ Z1.4 standard for acceptable quality level sampling when inspecting our products.
There are five main parts of the single-sampling ANSI Z1.4: lot sizes, inspection levels, sample size code letters, acceptable quality levels and acceptance and rejection points. Behind all the numbers and letters on the ANSI ASQ Z1.4 table is statistical reasoning that ensures the sample size we inspect provides a reasonable representation of your order’s overall quality.
With over 75 years of high-precision CNC machining experience, Marver Med has the component experience needed for high-quality CNC machined medical devices and implants, and parts for the aerospace and defense industries. Discuss your project with us or design your component today.
